THỰC TẬP SINH

TỔNG QUAN CHƯƠNG TRÌNH 

Chương trình thực tập sinh kỹ năng là chương trình phái cử lao động nước ngoài sang Nhật làm việc trong khoảng thời gian 1 năm, 3 năm và tối đa là 5 năm.

Mục đích: Chương trình hướng tới đào tạo nguồn nhân lực để phát triển kinh tếvà công nghiệp thông qua các việc chuyển giao kiến thức, kỹ năng tay nghề về các lĩnh vực sản xuất đồng thời đem lại nguồn thu nhập cao cho người lao động.

Số lượng quốc gia tham gia: Hiện tại có hơn 15 quốc gia tham gia chương trình phái cử thực tập sinh sang Nhật làm việc. Việt Nam tham gia hợp tác chương trình Thực tâp sinh với Nhật Bản từ ngày 25 tháng 09 năm 1992.

NỘI DUNG KHÓA HỌC TRƯỚC KHI XUẤT CẢNH 

  • Đào tạo tiếng Nhật giao tiếp cơ bản:

Phương pháp “Giao tiếp trực tiếp” với giáo viên giúp học viên có thể tự tin giao tiếp tiếng Nhật trôi chảy khi đến Nhật sống và làm việc.

  • Đào tạo tiếng Nhật hội thoại thực tiễn:

Đào tạo tiếng Nhật ứng dụng thực tế trong môi trường làm việc, tại các doanh nghiệp Nhật Bản và trong cuộc sống hằng ngày.

  • Luyện thi Năng lực Nhật ngữ:

Đào tạo luyện thi và tổ chức thi thử tiếng Nhật thường xuyên cho học viên để chuẩn bị cho kỳ thi JLPT tháng 7 và tháng 12 hằng năm.

  • Đào tạo văn hóa Nhật Bản:

Tổ chức các lớp học văn hóa Nhật Bản hằng tuần, hằng tháng nhằm mục đích giúp học viên có thể trải nghiệm thực tế văn hóa, tác phong, v.v. của con người và đất nước Nhật Bản. Đồng thời chuẩn bị các kiến thức cơ bản chuẩn bị cho cuộc sống tại Nhật trong tương lai, ví dụ như: văn hóa chào hỏi, cách thức liên lạc, v.v.
